It's far from perfect, and mostly just a framework which hasn't been updated in a while, but one to look at is Puffs Body By Race.

But be warned, it's not 100% complete as far as I recall, and it can cause numerous incompatibilities with armors if not installed with some manner of mod manager with a good spot in your load order. Also, you'll need to manually replace the bodies in the folders that it has (data/meshes/actors/etc), so if you can't do some tinkering with the files then ignore this recommendation. If you do know how to tinker with files, then all you need to do is plug the body meshes that you want into the right folders, and it'll be unique for whatever race that folder belongs to. Same for textures.

Well, it is set up to work for cbbe mainly because of the edits to armor. It tries to have different meshes for different armors, as well as bodies, so that the shape of the armor is a match for the body of the race wearing it. As far as I'm aware, you can replace the body meshes with anything you like, so long as the textures you have will match it.

If you're going to use it, I again would stress using a mod manager to avoid replacing currently existing files. And if you want to remove the edits to armor, get TES5Edit, open the mod's .esp, then delete the armor stuff from the file completely.

As far as I'm aware, any body type you add should work with it.
