Help, Get on horse, camera is at horses feet!

So interesting problem, When I go to ride a horse, the camera moves to the horse feet, now I can move the horse and I am riding it. But I am looking at his front too hooves.  Anyone have this problem or know how to fix it. I tried going mod by mod, but I didn't find anything.
