i have the problem. During sexlab animations every female npc have problems with spiky body. Look

I am using XPMSE 2.05 but still having this problem.

Try a body mesh that has a weighted belly node, like UNPBO.  Also, if this is a custom race, you also need to replace the custom race's skeleton.

Someone actually released a tutorial for how to set that up with HDT and SOS. Belly distortion via Havok sounds great to me too, but I can't be arsed to set it up for myself right now.
