Can't fix my character's face

This is my Character.

 

 

As you can see, the face and body of my character do not match. I have used High Rez Skin Textures for HGEC over a number of times already to fix the face by using the face part of the mod multiple times, but no success. It was all the same color a month ago when I first installed the high rez textures. Since then, I managed to mess with OBMM and accidently flipped off all my mods, then I flipped them back on. Ever since then, the face has never matched. It not only affects my character, but all npcs as well.

There is a line in the Oblivion.ini that removes that problem...I can't remember what it is right now...

 

It basically stops the game from using texturing on the face so that the body texture matches up...or something like that.

Looks like you're essentially beating the piss out of the facegen texturing in order to make your character blue. When you drastically mess with it in this way, you're going to have inevitable color difference between the head and body. Deactivating bAllowFacegenTexturing in the .ini will fix this, but you probably ain't gonna be blue anymore.

 

If you'd like, I'm sure one of us can edit your preferred textures to make them similar to what you did there. Just make sure they're only being used by that character's race. Oh, and that we know what race it is. It looks like idkrrr's race, but I would need to know what textures I need to tweak.

 

EDIT: Okay, so I assumed you're using some kind of Ice Elf, so I messed with the ice elf textures that came from Ozmo's mod and whatever ears and hands I could find. It's shaved, default nipples, so quite unadorned. But it'll be as close to seamless as it can get, and should look good with facegen textures turned off.

 

I don't have the directory path on hand, so you're going to have to place these in manually and make sure the names are right, so as to overwrite what was there. Back up the old stuff just in case, etc, etc.
