What mod replaces the female npc meshes with higher quality one including head meshes?

 

Also, is there a voice mod for submit that actually makes npc rape victims sound like they're in pain or begging you to stop?

For voices, you can search Sounds of the Sex Addicts in the forum, I think it's called.SexLab Vanilla Voices also offers such voices, although they do get a bit repetitive after a while. Sexlab Sound FX Replacer is probably the best if you'r looking for something that can be both rape and consensual.

 

As for the female body mesh thing, I believe your'e talking about Project CITRUS as well as the CITRUS Head?

So I installed the HDT and XP32 skel from this website and added the UNPB body but I still don't see any butt physics.

Are you using the TBBP version (from the installer) of UNPB? Or if you're wearing an armor, does it support butt physics?
