Need help with the new S³(f) - Skyrim Slavery System mod.

I must be missing something simple i know chuckle chuckle............ but

i can not get the new S3(f) to start when installed.

I get notification the mod is installed , have a slavers log deposited in my inventory but the nothing. Am asked to run in debug or normal clicking on either normal or debug has no effect.

 Loaded the S3 Slavers 101 and no market near the 3 stones appears.

The old S3 ran like a top for me, I hope someone can show me what i am doing wrong to get the new ver up and running.
