How do I use/Install this Resource?

Title, http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/44218/ The maker of the mod doesn't say how to install and in the comment section he said he would get banned if he told how to install it...???...

It's an animation for a pair of actors. Easiest way would be to toss it into Lovers and, once you configure it properly, have it automatically align it for you each time. This might just be the reason the author said he cannot explain how to install it on the Nexus, but there could be a completely different reason.

 

Alternatively, you can toss it into a pose mod, if you have an afternoon spare to mess around with get\set pos\angle console commands each time you want to view it.
