Load Order questions

If someone who is more knowledgable is available... I would greatly appreciate some help.  Trying to get the load order on some of these correct, however, while the game runs it has at times CTD when trying to activate certain mods.  Had only two CTD's... I had submit but I deactivated it since it seemed a bit overkill if Defeat is on.  Anyway, here is the load order I have:

The ones I notated are the ones I am must unsure about.  If anyone would help me with this I would be most appreciative.

 

- Note -  I have been wanting to try and put in Sanguine's Debauchery so if I can get this too work most likely that will be my next major challenge.  I do have NMM, BOSS, and TES5EDIT which I have cleaned my dirty edits.  So while I am still a novice I at least know enough to basically get by right now.

BOSS can now be considered obsolete.

It's successor is LOOT (same programmers as BOSS), and its master list is updated, while BOSS's is not.
