SkyRe Bow Damage @ lvl1 300+?!?!

Anyone here familiar with Skyre? 

 

Just started a character and at level 1, found a short bow and its damage is 300+

 

NPC also carrying bows that are just one shotting me!?

 

Is this intentional? Anyone know what is causing this?

EDIT: Uninstalled Combat Evolved, and damage for bows is down to 200+. But that is still OP as balls?!

I haven't looked at your load order but I definitely know there's something else there because I have an epic ebony bow with SkyRe that does 78 damage

 

There's something else in your load order modifying the values

 

Edit: Shouldn't SkyRe really be lower in your load order? Anything below it is overwriting it meaning that it could be any one of those dozens of mods

All patched up, bow still 200+ damage while x-bow doing 400+ damage

 

EDIT: Okay, I have absolutely no idea. After installing all compatibility patches and going through my mod list, I don't have anything else that alters bows/x-bows. So I have no idea whats going on, anyone have an idea? 

 

So I decided to actually have a look at ReProccer.esp and the damage for the items appear to be in-line with everything. i.e. Forsworn Shortbow damage is 26 as opposed to what I see in-game!

 

Now I am even more confused....Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried looking it up in TES5Edit? That can tell you the culprit mod giving it such a boost.

Thanks guys, but I found out what it was. 

 

It was not so much a mod that was conflicting but a mod that I needed.  Another compatibility patch that provided weapon fixes for my other mods.

 

Guess I deserve his headache for trying to install an overhaul mod after I had soo many mods installed

 

Just couldn't be bothered doing a fresh install of everything.

Alot of custom armors and weapons require compatibility patches or your ac could be 0 with a maxed armor tree and maxed upgraded armor or vise versa pushing 2k ac at level 1 in junk armor. Weapons i've found tend to shoot much higher without a compatibility patch and light armors running 0 ac. This is not always the case to i've been running skyre since its first release and some custom armors/weapons were set up right for skyre compatibility.

Ya been putting some time into playing now and I keep having to go back to tes5edit to amend certain items as the original authors don't have the right keywords and didn't have Skyre in mind when making them hence the Reproccer doesn't always pick it up, while there are some even though the right keywords are there, Reproccer just doesn't add the right value for it so I have to do it manually and make the esp an exception from reproccer. 

 

Its gonna take a while to make it all perfect, but I guess that's part of the fun!
