Flat titties?

I have HDT with seven base body (natural) and when I kill a female npc her tits are flat. They look like there is something pressing down on her chest or how tits would look if pushed against a flat surface. Is this normal?

Could be gravity doing weird things to her tits.
Post a screenshot, it might be more helpful.

I dunno a whole lot about HDT but I'm sure when someone who knows more gets around to reading this they'll have more to work with from a screenshot.
