Odd lighting bug

I'm experiencing this unexplainable lighting bug in interior areas where there's a white daylightish light coming from somewhere, and with areas that have windows it's lit up like it's daylight outside even at night. For example, here's a couple of pics taken in the Jorvaaskr living quarters, and a few in a house in Solitude:

 

 

I've attached a load order to the bottom of this thread as well, hopefully someone could point out a potential load order problem or conflict that could be causing this for me.

check all the descriptions of any weather/lighting or related mods for incompatibilities, make sure you have the latest versions of all your mods.

make sure you are using LOOT to sort your mods
