Become a Daughter of Cold Harbour

I've seen a lot of mods floating around, a few catch my eye. I've been wondering for the longest time after the Dawnguard DLC and I'm rather...flabbergasted that no one has made a "Become a Daughter of Cold Harbour" mod.

 

I bring this up for a couple reasons. One, it would be an alternate way for you to become, or re-become, a vampire lord, without having to get serana to turn you which I think she can only do once. I mean there are plenty of ways to become a standard vampire, but only 2 ways to become a vampire lord, Get bitten by Harkon and forsake the dawnguard, or join dawnguard and have Serana turn you before you enter the soul cairn.

 

Admittedly I'd like it something on the grand scale of Sanguine's Debauchery, but just a simple quest to summon Molag Bal, offer yourself to him, and then you become a vampire lord after he pins you down and fucks your brains out. Now the lore person in me wants to say "You'll only survive if you have X health/Stamina." and maybe have your followers be offered up to Molag Bal if you so choose so they can become vampire lords as well.

 

I donno, it just seems like something that should have been made but hasn't yet and figured I'd toss out the idea.

You can ask Serana to turn you after you kill Harkon. Ridiculously enough that option is still available even after you make her turn into human.

 

Someone was planning to make such mod last year. Guess it never get very far.

There are some major problems like lack of Molag Bal model for starters.

 

Guess some decent quest line could be made - PC finding an Molag Bal cult, becoming a member, gaining respect (by fighting boethiah followers or vigilants or simply by enslaving people) and after that you are asked to become an offering to their lord.

Some boost could be made - as daughter of coldharbour you should be more powerful than vanilla VL etc.

Somehow this mod idea just never want to spawn a good mod. I think the best way would be to persuade skyrimll to include Molag Bal too in SD+ and not just Sanguine.

I've seen this one tossed around a few times before myself.  There were some interesting threads, but I think in the end they just lost momentum before anything really came of it.  I suppose someone could throw together something of an addon for SD to use the system and such.  Don't know what more you could do than that, I'm afraid, beyond just making a whole new mod.

There has been some awesome ideas for this concept tossed around. It saddens my black little heart that nobody have really picked up on it.

I'd be all over such a mod if it was ever released.
