SkyUI wont work

ok so i was trying to install SkyUi like this:

Install SKSE 1.70 (putting the dll and exe files in Skyrim Root folder and The script and source folder in Skyrims Data Folder)

Install FNIS
Run FNIS (to update its patches)

Install SkyUI

Run Skyrim (through SKSE_loader.exe) to see if its working.

Sometimes it gives me the error code 1 (which is weird since ive installed SKSE 1.70 correctly)

or it will work fine, if thats the case i save it to be on the safe side

Then i proceed to installing my other mods, like this

Install SexLab Frameworks

Install SexLabs Defeat

Install SexLabs Surrender

(i update The FNIS after each additional mod)

Then i run Skyrim again and it gives me the SkyUI Error code 1

 

Even https://github.com/s...ki/SkyUI-Errors doesn't help, is there any installing SkyUI for dumbies or a guide explaining step by step to install SkyUI?

Did i do anything wrong? I would really appreciate some help or advise
