level-progress bugged :/

Hey guys, 

 

I have a weird issue with my save game. If I read a skillbook or grow in a skill my level-progress remains the same as before but the skill itself raise to the next level.

 

I tried to restart the game and load older savegames and backups. My oldest savegames (level3...) work correctly but my latest savegames (level40...) are all broken and I get no progress. My loadorder is correct and everything worked before but i haven't realized that the level-progress didn't work.

 

Do any of you happen to have a solution?  I don't want to start new again (I was never higher than 45 and have never finished skyrim since release...)
