Need help on mods

I would like some recommendations for sets of mods to use.

 

I'm wondering if I need to have multiple body/texture mods for different types of armor or are there some general body mods that work with armors from MegaLov's thread and B3lisario's thread Conversions for UNPB with BBP

 

I also want to add gameplay mods. I don't know, but I'm asuming gameplay mods probably will not have any conflictions with armor/body/texture mods?

 

I don't know anything about these mods, so any help or recommendation is much appreciated.
