Non-sexual nudity-related mods?

Does anyone here know any mods related to player nudity, that focus more on gameplay changes and less on just naked bodies and sex?
Like, say, for example, having people react to nudity differently (besides just things like the humorous naked comments mod)
I would say something along the lines of perk mods, but I think having the Mage Armor perk + SPERG already kinda does that for me.

What would be really neat, is a way to add random nudity here and there. Not all over, just sometimes a NPC might be wearing less clothes than usual or something. Or only a few NPCs or something. No game-wide nudist movement, because that's kinda unrealistic for a cold place like Skyrim. (But then again, I have argonians with nipples, so I really don't care that much about realism, apparently...)

 

Or a mod to make naked NPCs not comment on nudity when they're naked themselves, at least. (My follower Khajiit, who's just as naked as me, was all like "This one recommends donning some apparel.")  I don't mind people commenting on nudity, just not people that are naked themselves.

Maybe I could edit the script myself? Sounds fairly simple, even for a newb at Papyrus like me. (I'm actually a pretty experienced programmer, just not much experience with modding Skyrim's scripts)

Anyone know any mods like that?

 

EDIT: Oh, and one sex-related mod I wonder about...
I know someone made a "wet schlongs" mod for SOS. Is there any way for the specular to increase like that right after sex, then have it slowly go away, like the cum effects on females? Has anyone done that yet?

And speaking of wet things... I had an idea where maybe after swimming, your body would be wet and then slowly dry off after you walk around on dry land for a while?

...And... TBH, I used Wet and Cold a while ago, and forgot it did that. Whoops. XD

But... see... does it just do the water drips, or can I actually make it change the specular setting? Perhaps combined with the sporty sexy sweatmap? I don't like sweat in cold environments.... (almost got tropical Skyrim to justify it) but just making it water is different.

Leaf rest has a great bath that gives you a buff.  Drink east Sleep Bathe makes you need to bathe.  Northern bathhouses give you places to bathe.  Elis Hot Springs is like a little nudist camp.  Enhanced Hotpools adds places for NPCs to sit at the hot springs (just found it) not sure if it causes conflicts.

 

 

Actually, it would be a really fun project to create an all-in-one version for bathing, adding places to bathe and the need to bathe to the game.  I found a neat bath animation and a bottle of soap here too...
