Any ENB preset except Kalicolas is making my graphics go nuts

So yeah, I tried multiple ENB presets and I end up having those on the screenshots below. Sometimes I get a black screen and some weird poly's when the ENB is active. After that, if I deactivate ENB, there would be textures or models missing and I'd have to restart Skyrim and remove ENB itself.

I tried Kalicolas ENB and it worked fine. I use an ENB remover tool and I clean up the ESP's and overwritten files before I try another ENB. So far, nothing else has worked. I have no idea what's going on. HELP! :(

How powerful are your cards? That is perhaps the most important question when selecting an ENB. If a preset doesn't work there could a number of other reasons.

1. It is configured in conjunction with other graphical overhauls in which you don't have.

2. Your drivers aren't up to date.

3. Your ENB series is out of date

4. You didn't follow the necessary requirements and settings.

The problem you described is the same I was having when I first tried out a enb, its caused by you having an active setting in skyrim.ini or skyrimprefs.ini usually the enb preset creator will tell you what to turn off and such in install instructions, what is probably causing your problems is that you have either AA or FXAA or both enabled or anisotropic filtering is also set to somethingX in skyrim settings/launcher, you should check them to make sure they are off or set to 0, anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering are handled by most enb's.

Well, I can confirm that your graphic card is not dying. Are you using AMD by the way? I had this problem before when I upgrade my AMD Catalyst to 14.4, and tried out Minimal ENB. I then switched back to Somber and currently having no problem (and Somber is much more demanding than Minimal =| ). My guess is that the new driver somehow interferes with ENB memory settings (enblocal). Try moving your enblocal.ini out of Skyrim directory, or roll back to 13.12. If it improves please let me know.

Sorry guys, my internet got cut at home so I'm writing this at school. Anyway, I'll try it as soon as I get home later and reply a few days after. Here's a few answers though.

My card is a Sapphire HD6670 1GB GDDR5.

I DO have anisotropic last I checked.

No, I have not updated my driver yet. It's currently at the stock version that came with the disk when I bought the card.

Yes, I did follow everything on the ENB presets' instructions. Except the anisotropic.

Yes, I compare my rig to that of the ENB's required/recommended rig so I would know if I can run that preset.

I use an ENB manager I found on Skyrim. I guess it's reverting my settings from when I had the anisotropic turned on. I have to check that later.

Thanks for the reply guys!
