bigglebojiggle Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 but before I do I want to make sure Ill be able to play it with no issues since I had issues playing Fallout 3 on my PC. So anyhoots I know my specs arent an issue but I'll post them anyway. MSI Z87-GD65 (Motherboard) Intel i5-4670 cpu (3.4 ghz) 16gb DDR3 Ram Geforece GTX 770 (2gb of GDDR5) all running on Windows 8 Anyway, what I'm asking is if there is anything that could cause problems with the software or anything I should be aware of? I can typically only play Fallout 3 for about 15 minutes before it crashes (and I cant figure out why), I want to make sure I wont have the same issue with this should I decide to pick it up.
Vaelorian Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 Don't install this in program files, or in your windows install disk. So, if you've got windows on C: for example, throw it to something like D:\Games or whatever. Read all the readmes, opening posts and instructions before you install mods. And, of course, most importantly: pay attention to your load order. If you do that, the game should run without issues. If you don't, you'll only have yourself to blame.
xartom Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 Get the 4gb patch so you can buy more time before ctd.
