while i was afected witht the STD mod i uninstalled the game and now my states are affected

all my states are in red color and my speech level magicka,health,stamina have all red color and its pretty annoying 

 

i re-installed the mod and saw if i still have the STD but i didnt have it anymore so there was no cure curing speach,magicka,health,stamina other

 

what do i do? i know i can increase my speach,magicka,health,stamina numbers but i still have the red numbers which is annoying

 

is there any code that resets my states or something or a mod that removes the color or something?

 

please any help
