Dragonborn Issues

So I've recently just got dragonborn and I was excited to starts playing. The first issue arrived when I tried to take the boat to Solstheim, Basically what happened was all I got was an infinite black screen with boat sounds. Somehow I got past that by disabling UDBP. Apparently the game didn't like that because it made sure Frea didn't exist, At all.

 

So New save file with UDBP and everything starts going swimmingly. Atleast until I got to the black book in the Temple of Miraak. Basically a whole array of problems come from this: The Seekers will blast me with their waves until they get bored and just sit there staring at my character, Or they do Succeed and I get teleported out of the book but I'm stuck with my hands on the floor and I cannot move at all. If I use Console commands to bypass this the game will randomly teleport me into the Book which I can't leave even with Console commands.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on? I was extremely Excited to play this..

 

I have the most current Version of SKSE (1.9.32?) and FNIS if that helps.

First, try to clean Dragonborn.esm if you haven't already. If it doesn't work, try playing (or at least attempt) to play without any mods. If you still face problems, try verifying the game cache.

I already cleaned the esm so that's out, I'll try playing with Alternate start so I can skip the intro, Force start the quest up until I read the book, Console the book into my hands and try it from there.

Well after Speedrunning myself to the Temple of Miraak, The quest won't progress and Frea is not there. Ended up closing Skyrim to see if enabling the Patches would work and now it won't start at all, With or without the Unofficial patches.

 

Edit: I dun goofed, It was just steam Arguing with SKSE, Fixed it via rebooting steam.
