I downloaded   http://www.nexusmods...im/mods/55761/?   followed the install instructions and even this part:

this download is just a single texture file which is meant to replace your femalebody_1.dds file (you may possibly have to also replace thefemalebody_2.dds up to femalebody_11.dds with a copy of this download if you are getting an all black texture or the Real Girls texture isn't showing up). The femalebody_1.dds file is usually located under C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/SteamApps/common/skyrim/Data/textures/actors/character/female but may be in a different places for custom races & standalone companions. Installation is a matter of backing up your old femalebody_*.dds file and replacing it with this one. Uninstall by restoring your backup-ed files.

This crap still ain't working. the creator isn't being very helpful other than calling me an idiot saying I might have installed it to the meshs/female etc folder. I know the difference I've had the whole trial by fire with the amount of mods I have installed. strange part is, everything loads fine for the CBBE model and the default skin texture loads. The new textures files are in place. Still nothing.

The author of the file said - "The game might be telling it to load a different texture model from another folder". How the heck would I find that out. I uninstalled all other added races/textures I had previously installed, which were just sevenbase with realgirls texture. 2 mods poof. easy. I love the body shape I have setup. If cant get this texture to work and I'm gonna cry if I have to go back to sevenbase.

Please HELP!  :P   this is as far as I got which isn't the right texture. IE below
