Get the face of an follower

i have 1 simple question: Is it possible to copy the face from a follower mod and set it as your face?

Im using mod organizer btw

Only way I'm aware of is if the author of the follower provides an preset for ECE or dunno if racemenu has something like that.

If you use racemenu there's a plugin for it called mimic plugin that transfers NPC's face you target to your char. Not 100% accurate but it works pretty well.
