Becoming a werewolf with the console, and consequences.

Hello, I just want some advice regarding this doubt I have about becoming a werewolf.

 

I know you can get both the beast form transformation and the disease inmunity using the commands player.addspell 00092c48 and player.addspell 000a1a3e.

 

BUT! If I use those commands, does anybody know if later I'll have issues if I try to do the Companions Quest line normally? Have somebody tried becoming a werewolf before, and later doing the questine?

Any info will be very appreciated!
