wired gagged nude female keeps following me?

i started skyrim today and when i was playing i see a nude gagged female that keeps following me?

 

i have no idea which mods causes this but its pretty annoying and for some reason her name is just simply 'you' and she doesnt her any dialogue option

 

so what mod is this i want to disable this mod

Now I don't see a load order posted or anything else that might tell us what's causing this, do you expect us to read your mind, hack your computer or what?
