Launcher launches launcher ! >:(

hello everyone !

 

so i just installed oblivion with a few mods,

(OBSE and everything as well)

 

i was able to play fine until today...

 

whenever i want to play Oblivion, i launch steam, launch the game, 

I get the launcher, click on "play"

 

i get the message " steam is preparing to launch Oblivion

 

aaaaaaannnnd

 

i'm back on the launcher...

 

 

why ?

 

any solutions ?

had to remove the " start with admin privilege"
