Bodyslide 2 and LadyBody compatibility

Hey, So I've been playing around with BS2 and following the various tutorials. 

 

I've been looking at some of the armours on modgamesRU and really wanted to convert some to UNP.

However, certain ones are for Lady Body only. From using BS2, I understand it encompasses UNP, UNPB, 7B and CBBE conversion sets. 

 

The "Anything-to-Anything" tutorial uses UNP to 7B as an example.

 

I'm wondering if anyone has successfully converted Lady Body to one of the more commonly used body meshes (UNP or CBBE).

Which conversion/weight.xml set did you use? Did you make your own...etc? 

Can the conversion be done without the use of a specific xml file? (ie. Manually mould the armour to a BS2 provided body mesh?)
