Need small assistance with mesh or texture

It's simple really. I got a body part I've used to mix a few meshes togethere, but the body has a neck longer than i'd preffered. In fact, no neck would work.

If anyone could be kind to reduce the length of the neck to almost the shoulders by either cutting the meshes or removing part of the textures I would greatly appreciate it.
