SKSE 1.7 issue

Hello,

When I start skyrim with SKSE 1.7.0 it crashes right after the bethesda logo, but when I start it using the previous version of SKSE it works just fine.

I would consider using the previous version if some of the mods didn't require the 1.7 version.

I've run the TES5edit program and this was its result:

[00:17] Background Loader: loading "Devious Devices - Integration.esm"...

[00:17] Background Loader: [Devious Devices - Integration.esm] Loading file
[00:17] Background Loader: [Devious Devices - Integration.esm] File loaded
[00:17] Background Loader: [Devious Devices - Integration.esm] Start processing
[00:17] Background Loader: [Devious Devices - Integration.esm] Adding master "Skyrim.esm"
[00:17] Background Loader: [Devious Devices - Integration.esm] Adding master "Update.esm"
[00:17] Background Loader: [Devious Devices - Integration.esm] Adding master "ZaZAnimationPack.esm"
[00:17] Background Loader: [Devious Devices - Integration.esm] Adding master "SexLab.esm"
[00:17] Background Loader: [Devious Devices - Integration.esm] Adding master "SexLabAroused.esm"
[00:17] Background Loader: [Devious Devices - Integration.esm] Adding master "Devious Devices - Assets.esm"
[00:17] Background Loader: [Devious Devices - Assets.esm] Loading file
[00:17] Background Loader: Fatal: <EOSError: System Error.  Code: 2.
The system cannot find the file specified>
   [00:21] Background Loader: finished

I have checked the load order of all the files and I could not find any complications
all master files needed by assets were above it already.

Can you Help figure out whats wrong?

Your missing a dependency, or your load order isn't right. Since it didn't mention what master couldn't be located. Could you post your load order?

Also have you tried running LOOT, or BOSS?

EDIT: above poster is probably right about devious devices assets.
