Skyrim sure has a lot of "interesting" locations that could tie into cruel activities. Like that prison you get thrown into in Markarth, full of cut throat prisoners..

So basically' date=' they're not restrained by the shackles, they're restrained by the floor? That's funny, but makes sense. In Oblivion, if you'd try to move while in certain poses, your character's movement was severely compromised, so it's a similar concept perhaps.

I think it's more like they're restricted to the furniture they're associated with.
