Is there an ENB that looks like the Poupoiuri ENB (color and ambiance) but doesn't have a high performance loss ?

I'm running a GTX 760 and it can't handle it outside, drops to 20-22 FPS.

Try my modded enb on for size. Tweaked for max performance, though you can squeeze a bit more out of it by disabling ambient occlusion and sky lighting in the enbseries.ini. I've got an r9 280x and get 45ish+ frames in most places.

The performance is good but the interiors are dark, and it lacks that overall bloom.

yeah i forgot to mention, in the enb tweak menu navigate your way to color correction and then change brightness from 1.0 to 1.75

try these setttings for more bloom.

you might want to dial back the brightness to 1.0 if you do.

ALSO

Not sure if you're aware, but with enb shadows enabled, you can dial back shadow resolution in the skyrimprefs.ini to 1024 for more performance without much difference in quality.
