Khajiit Only Sprint {REQ}

There is a mod on the nexus that gives a catlike sprint to khajiits, however it gives it to all the characters, now someone made a mod to give it to only khajiits, but you have to do a lot of stuff to get it to work.  I wondering if anyone here knows how to take that mod or make one that will only work for that race?

 

This is just a request, it would be awesome though if it could be done.
