Sexlab messed up?

So I recently installed sexlab, but it looks like this. I don't know what I did wrong (downloaded sexlab, extracted it in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data and merged everything, didn't ask to replace anything). It did ask me to use SKSE 1.7.something (I was using 1.6.16, since it's not an alpha), so I installed it, but it still didn't fix it.

Any help?

Another problem popped out. I can't get any animation to work. At all. I've tried with defeat, random sex and matchmaker. All of the mods failed to work even though I have all the other required mods and followed the install instructions. Is that a known issue?

Yes. I marked gender specific animations and skeleton arm fix. I also have the creatures pack. This is the result of running it:
