008zulu Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 So I too had this problem, the cause was somewhat elusive as the officals reasons didn't really apply (I didn't have some mods that were reported to be the problem). But, after no small amount of trial and error, I managed to figure out how you can restore your character. With your character frozen in place, bring down the console and type "tfc" to turn on free camera. Quicksave with F5. Quickload with F9. Bring down the console and type "tfc" to turn off free camera. Control should now be restored.
