Flickering lighting

Got a issue in skyim with outside lighting it flickers dark to light repeatably its worse trying to run enhanced lights and fx then realistic lighting overhaul( Ialso have to run climates of tamriel) but  when it does happen it drops my fps to less that 1 fps. I would like to see if theres something i can do about it other that wiping cot, rlo or elfx I run realvision enb performance its the only enb ive tryed and gives me enough fps to play with coloring i like. I am stuck running a shitty pc i have no job so if the only way i can fix it is upgrade well then other than a minor upgrade im getting in a few days im sol (my brothers giving me his old vid card basicly same as what i got but a bit faster). Not to worryied if it something outside of my control i can still play but if someone knows of a enb that might work better please lmk i have no problem ditching my lighting mods only reason i havent is it appears I need to run em with that enb. I have tryed bleak and unbleak and minimal  enbs didnt like any of em.

Sorry, but is a game limitation, without wiping cot, elfx or rlo there's no way of get ridden of this madness (believe me I tried too), ther is no hope left (besides TES6).

I did fix it sorta im still running cot/rlo but dropped enb just running the booster now till i get my shiny new geforce 760 2gb then it goes back on but a full reinstall did fix it.
