It gives a good listing (where the mods are sorted into general and then more specific categories) and summary of the SexLab-based mods here. Read the descriptions and figure out which ones catch your eye. Then, read those mods' full descriptions (and perhaps even briefly look through the Support Thread) to get a good idea of what you'll be getting into the that specific mod.
