Idea/ Request [ HDT hairs for NPC]

I tried to use   Everybodies different mod but it wont apply the HDT hairs to the NPC. Only I have the option to get the hair in Character creation. I used numemes hairs with the HDT edit version and HDT pony tail mod. Has anyone tried this before? Please delete this thread  placed in wrong section
