Power and Transformation Mods?

I am looking for power and transformation mods.

Such as the Paladin and Dark Knight tranformations or the Celestials. And for powers like the the ones elysees post: Marble Phantasm, Eo Geom, Tempest, etc.

 

Can someone tell me where are this power mods, please?
