BrittnaySkyfire Posted June 22, 2014 Posted June 22, 2014 I honestly have no idea what is wrong.Spent several hours looking into the mods I wanted, and what they required, put them in a priority order...Anyone able to shed some light onto what is causing this? Am I really missing a required mod for something?
Anderill Posted June 22, 2014 Posted June 22, 2014 Crash after logo almost always means you're missing a master, check required files or use LOOT/Boss to see what is up.

A cleaning guide is available here. Running TES5Edit, and it says I am missing a mod... Grrr...Will return shortly to see if it resolves~
nutluck Posted June 22, 2014 Posted June 22, 2014 I would suggest trying LOOT, run it twice and then copy and paste the information LOOT gives you after it runs. maybe we will see a issue.

By the time you are done with all the video's you will have a very good grasp of how to mod skyrim. If you still have questions or problems it will be a lot easier to help you then as you will better understand what people are asking and what information is needed. That's how I got this far by using TES5EDIT.It yelled at me, and stopped loading, saying: [00:07] Background Loader: [Captured Dreams.esp] Adding master "Devious Devices - Expansion.esm" [00:07] Background Loader: [Devious Devices - Expansion.esm] Loading file [00:07] Background Loader: Fatal: <EOSError: System Error. Code: 2. The system cannot find the file specified> [01:15] Background Loader: finished I'm trying to find 'Devious Devices - Expansion' but, I can't seem to find it on Nexus? Alot of link take me to a mod I already have, which is the 'Devious Devices - Integration' Mod, which I already have.
nutluck Posted June 22, 2014 Posted June 22, 2014 Ok then you have a missing required mod for that mod. Looks like you are missing this mod Devious Devices - Expansion.esm Which looks like it is a add on mod to Devious Devices that you didn't add.

SexLabDefeat.esp It's also the case I can't seem to find it around?Google doesn't seem to be helping me.I swear, the universe does not want me to play Skyrim... But the universe lets me play Minecraft...

The old stable one or the new beta version. Either way you can download the stable version Sexlab - Defeat v4.2.1.7z or the new beta one which is Defeat v5b3.rar By the name I am guessing it is designed to work with the older version but I am only guessing you might want to double check that.

If you are trying to clean the update.esm file then watch Gophers video on TES5Edit as he takes you threw cleaning that file and all the DLC's step by step.
