erc1971 Posted June 21, 2014 Posted June 21, 2014 I have installed Realvision ENB, along with all the trimmings. Which includes: Unnoficial High Res Packs Ruins Clutter Improved Cinematic Fire Effects Skyfalls and Skymills Static Mesh Improvement Vivid Landscapes AmidianBorn Caves and Mines Detailed Rugs Flora Overhaul Grass On Steroids Natural Grass Texture Floor Trees HD Variation HD Ivy Realistic Water Two Watercolor for Water Two Pure Waters Moss Rocks Dust Effects Realistic Smoke and Embers Climates Of Tamriel Enhanced Lights And Effects Realvision ENB Sky Textyures Sounds Of Skyrim Perfect Whiterun Glorious Environments Hi Res Windows (This is most of what was recommended on the Realvision page) The game looks absolutely amazing. But the shadows block out a bit too much light. Even outdoors at high noon on a sunny day without a cloud in the sky, the shadows on the side of the character facing away from the sun make her very difficult to see. This is frustrating during sex animations, as the top character creates alot of shadows on the bottom character. How can I adjust things to fix this? I am fine with ENB ini file changes, or even a mod that creates a mild artificial light around my character. (PS: It doesn't help that my character is a dark skinned Redguard ) Eric
CeeTeeDee Posted June 21, 2014 Posted June 21, 2014 you could try lowering the bloom contrasting in enbseries.ini under the bloom section [bLOOM] ContrastDay=1.0 ContrastNight=1.0 ContrastInterior=1.0 lowering these settings will raise the black level so the entire scene will be less contrasted and more hazey... try values like 0.7 or 0.3 you could also fiddle with the enviroment settings...
Guest Posted June 21, 2014 Posted June 21, 2014 I too use RealVision and had a similar issue. I turned up the Gamma and now it's satisfactory for me. Perhaps try that too? Is it really bad during night? Perhaps try selecting Night Level : 0 instead of 3 like the instructions say on RealVision instructions. Just some of my thoughts.
