Problem with eyes and birthday suit

Im getting this weird issue with my eyes that happens constantly, and only to my pc, never any npc's

 

 I dont know whats causing it, and it happens randomly, and wont go away until I restart skyrim.

 

But the other more serious problem I have is this 

 

This is Muiri with no armor on, she should be nude, but whatever that is looks like the armor that I am currently wearing, its only affecting her, every other npc is fine.

 

For both of these problems I have reinstalled every mesh and texture mod I have that changes characters and nothing seems to solve it.

Anyone else having these issues? or suggestions on a fix?
