Need help to fix my load order

there is something wrong with my load order

my 2nd horse get stuck unmoveable even talk to my char

my Draggie is lvl 67 now pure fighter unlike milk drinker which depends on magical console (.)(.)

with speech skill below 25 less a talk but lot of killing dragons and bandits

 

sometime i got CTD while in battle , its killing my softly &-(

i tried loot , boss , fnis still not solve problems from CTD

 

idk is there something wrong with my load order or my configuration

i have been cleaned everything twice , the rest only master file from skyrim.esm that cant be clean

my six senses felt there something wrong in load order -:-(

My first question is, do you have LOOT installed and have you run it to let it sort you load order?

 

If you have not then go download it and install it. After you install it run it twice the very first time you run it. For some reason every so often the very first time you run the program it doesn't sort your load order correctly but will after that.
