NPCs stopped approaching my character

Not sure if this has been asked already, but for some reason NPCs (Legion, NCR etc.) stopped approaching my character. I still see them approaching me, but as soon as they get within maybe 10 feet of me, they just turn around as if nothing was going on. So apparently they still trigger, but something blocks them from actually talking to my character... weird.

Only thing I did was to un-install msex Fort mod, because it was interfering with the slavery part of Tryout, but I don't see how that could've caused the problem. I also re-installed Sexout NG and Tryout, both didn't help.

So, after some testing, I figured out my savegame was somehow corrupted... I still don't know why or how, but loading an earlier save fixed it... guess I'll have to replay a bit... :/
