Jeffrey Lane Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 it's been a LONG time since i've used it and tweaked the ini file, i cant remember which skill exp to change so i level them slower. so i gain skill exp at like 50% speed. can anyone refresh my memory?
