Npcs and Chairs

Hi I'm having a really strange problem that occurs in every new game that I start in Skyrim. This problem has been around for a while now in my Skyrim installation. This problem would be that whenever an npc in my game sits down, they proceed to sit back down in the chair in an endless loop. This happens almost every time in my game whenever an npc decides to sit down in a chair. I honestly have no idea how to solve this problem. Could this problem be related to FNIS?
