Hair Color Changing

I've got this quirky bug happening lately.  When I load a game my characters hair color changes from a reddish brown to black.  I can fix it easily enough by using the showracemenu command.  I don't even have to change the hair color, once Race Menu opens the color goes back to what it is supposed to be.  Any thoughts on this?

 

It's not game breaking in any way that I'm aware of, just a bit of a pain to always have to open Race Menu.
