help with customizing XPMS skeleton.

hello, first, Thank you for reading my topic.

I am currently using XPMS 1-93a NMM- BAIN INSTALLER version.

I wanted to have more breast bounce and long leg, so I changed the 'float' amount through nif, but its not working. 

I changed those on skeleton_female in character assets female folder.

any ideas why? or how to change this?
