Just throwin this out there, if anyone is still havin troubles downloading from dlbank you can do this if you have firefox

 

right click the download page, click view page source, when the window comes up press ctrl+f and search "downloadurl" when it finds that there is a really long url in quotes, copy the whole thing and paste it in the url bar and the download should start
