New game glitch

Alright so I tried making a new game since my first attempt was that of a trial.

But now it seems that I glitch no matter how many times i restart it. For the record I can get to the part with the dragon is attacking Helgan

but when it comes time to jump through the roof on the one area it doesn't break like its supposed to 

and same with the building before you get to the keep. Its really annoying. I even deleted all the saves I had previously and it didn't work. Hopefully I can get it to work from another restart.
