Pregnancy weighting help requested

Hello I am very new to modding skyrim as a whole altho i understand cs work farliy well meshes just baffle me a bit. I have been working on meshes for a few weeks off and on but this time i decided to take on a whole new project. Im a fan of the 7B body because of a few armors if found for it but at the same time I like the HDT body because i run beeing female so i wanted to try my hand at editing a 7B mesh to have a belly node/weight. I have what i feel made some good progress but I know it can be better way better. I searched around for tutorials and found 4 pages on here that held promise altho ive only tryed 2 this program here http://www.loverslab.com/topic/24797-mesh-rigger-skyrim-fallout-oblivion-beta46-3-23-2014/ (im using the updated Mesh Rigger b_88_ and this page iI also found helpful http://www.loverslab.com/topic/25180-unofficial-bodyslide-2outfit-studio-tutorials/ .So what im looking for is some tips on using eather outfit studio, blender, nifscope, or mesh rigger to accomplish my goal. I would lie to point out the end product is for my use only atm altho if i can tweek it enough that i like it I may seek permissions to release the meshes. Currently I have used the mesh rigger on a 7b mesh the i went into outfit studio and copyed bone weights from hdt body to the new mesh. Outfit sudio doesnt seem to be doing the job by itself nor does outfit studio. I did try them both separably below is screenshots of the body highlighting the issues im having and a 360 deg vid is being uploaded as I type to you tube showing the issues as well.

EDIT: I am probally gonna be using the citus body when it comes out if i can match the shape to 7b btw doing this more for the experience. Scratch this im a idiot i have so many mods on a extra drive i forgot a 7b mesh was done was still in beta but will work just fine sorry if i wasted anyone time i promise to whip myself later lol.
