A bit late, but I can confirm the strap-on does not show up on the PC when using the free camera mode during a TDP Agressive prostitiution act. it works fine when that option is disabled in MCM and using the stock camera or customizable camera mod....

If you're using the freecam and the strap-on won't show, open your inventory and click on the strap-on when it is equiped and then it will be visible.

Yes, and there isn't anything I can really do about it. It's a problem with Skyrim's free camera causing actors not to redraw their equipped items. 

 

The only "fix" would be to toggle free camera off and back on when equipping/removing strap ons, which would be more annoying than anything in my opinion, since you'd lose your free camera's positioning anytime strapons changed.

 

Future versions of SexLab however will at the very least, equip strapons during scene start before the free camera auto toggles on, which will at least solve the problem partially for the initial actor/animation setup.

A possible solution would be calling QueueNiNodeUpdate. This updates the actor even in tfc mode.

Having this issue as well, but can't we just add another equipment slot specifically for this instead of equipping at is a weapon? Similar to how amulets, circlets, and rings stay equipped.

 

Apparently the freecam toggle does make it disappear, and the item was already set as jewelry. Just wish they could fix it.
